Our fund-raising program allows schools and groups in the USA to raise funds for their organizations while helping to educate children and alleviate poverty in Guatemala.

All our products are purchased from Guatemalan artisan groups using Fair Trade guidelines. Under these guidelines the artisan earns a fair wage for their work (see the Education And More blog for more information about Fair Trade guidelines.) which allows her to help support her family and educate her children. All profits that Education And More makes when selling the handcrafts are channeled back into helping educate the children and to benefit the artisan groups we work with.

Ordering our Fair Trade fund-raising artisan crafts is a great benefit for your group as well as the artisan and their families in Guatemala!

What is the minimum order? Education And More offers it's artisan handcrafts to schools, churches and community organizations at wholesale prices with a minimum order of $200 (wholesale prices) plus shipping.

What is the profit margin for our organization? Using our suggested retail price, your organization will earn approximately 50% in profits.

Which handcrafts are available for fundraisers? All handcrafts on our website are available for your fundraiser.

Why is this fundraising program good for schools and Sunday School classes? This is the perfect opportunity for schools and Sunday School groups to make a connection with schools and school children in Guatemala and learn about their daily lives. We can send CD's with powerpoint presentations to show in during your fundraisers.

Is this a good fundraiser for our community group? Nearly all organizations need to raise money for their programs and what better way to raise dollars for your group and at the same time give artisans the chance to earn a living with a fair wage. The handcrafts are unique handmade gifts that sell very fast.
