How To Make A Purchase:
Browse through our Fair Trade handcrafts and select the items
you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart.
Once you have completed your selections click on "Checkout" within your shopping cart
and you will be taken to PayPal to pay for your order.
In Paypal you may pay with a credit / debit card or with your PaPpal
Account --
however you do not need a PayPal account to use a credit or debit card.
In the PayPal payment window you will find a link to use your credit card
and can use that rather than your PayPal account.
Shipping Policy:
We ship within two business days and where possible we ship the same day.
We guarantee your satisfaction of our beautiful Fair Trade handcrafts from
Guatemala!
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 7 days for instructions to return the
item.
International Shipping
Please email for international shipping charges
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional
costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you
pick the item up.These fees are not additional shipping charges.
We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing
that is against U.S. and international laws.
There is a charge for all refused or unclaimed shipments.
International shipping often takes 2-3 weeks --or more-- for a package to arrive. Please wait 3 weeks and then notify us if you haven't received the order.
We ship within 2 days of receiving your order but please remember the time zone
