Shipping Policies

We ship all purchases via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail or FedEx ground service.

International orders are shipped First Class International Mail. Any customs fees and charges by your government are to be paid by the recipient.

Typically, we ship within 48 hours. We all love to receive our packages as soon as possible, we will try to ship your order within 24 hours!

We do not use a fulfillment company, and all orders are shipped directly from us. Because of this, orders may be delayed when we are on mission trips in Guatemala. Be assured that we want to get your package to you as soon as we can!

 

Returns & Refunds

Not to worry!  Our handcrafts are guaranteed to please you! We want you to be satisfied, so please contact us if there is a problem.

You may return any purchase you are not delighted with within 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, washed, or broken may not be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance because we are not responsible for lost returns.
